1)  How to connect 3G or 2G phone to Jio-Fi device.
first download jio4g voice ( from google play store )
then connect with your jio-fi device and open jio4g voice 
it is select sim automatically from jio-fi device.
then jiofi send otp on registration mobile number 
this otp enter on 3g or 2g phone. its is ready to use
now you call from jio-fi device.
